Shipping Policy

At HooD Clothing, we collaborate with specialized print-on-demand providers, including Printify, Printful, and Gelato. Each product is manufactured upon request once the purchase is confirmed, allowing us to offer exclusive items with high-quality standards.

Production Time

All orders enter the manufacturing process after payment confirmation. The estimated production time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product type and the assigned provider.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping periods begin once production is complete. Estimated times are as follows:

United States: 3 to 7 business days.
Europe: 5 to 10 business days.
Rest of the World: 7 to 20 business days.

These timeframes are approximate and may be affected by external factors such as peak seasons, logistics conditions, or customs processes.

Order Tracking

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with the corresponding tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the shipping status to be updated in the carrier's system.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Any potential taxes, duties, and customs charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
